On April 16, 2019, The Lovesac Company, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended February 3, 2019. A copy of the Press Release is included with this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company will host a conference call on April 30, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time in connection with the release of the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended February 3, 2019. Investors and analysts interested in participating in the call are invited to dial 877-407-3982 (international callers please dial 201-493-6780) approximately 10 minutes prior to the start of the call. A live audio webcast of the conference call will be available online at investor.lovesac.com.
