Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On September 9, 2020, The Lovesac Company, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the Company’s financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2021, ended August 2, 2020. A copy of the Press Release is attached to this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company will host a conference call on September 9, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time in connection with the release of the Company’s financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2021, ended August 2, 2020.
